Mr. J, We want to express our apologies for the mix up. Our office is closed over the weekends, but our salesmen work and run appointments from Monday to Saturday. I talked with the general manager to see if maybe he had come in to the office on that Saturday, but he had not. I also asked about running appointments out to Apex, he said that we do. As I explained previously through our message correspondence, the app you were talking about is shared with several companies; perhaps the experience you are referring to was with a company other than ours. Our answering machine picks up on weekends and holidays when we are closed, and I return the calls when I return to the office. Again, we are sorry about any confusion this may have caused.

We factor in short and long term goals to develop a priority list and overall strategy for their home improvement. Directed by a budget and a target scope of work, we deliver only the highest quality of materials available in order to complete the project. Our sales team maintains continual contact with the homeowner throughout the entire home improvement process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are factory certified with all manufacturers that we use. We are also VSI certified and licensed, bonded and insured in the state of North Carolina.
