Five years ago I had the pleasure of having Mr. Ingram sing for a rally I had for teachers losing their jobs. To say the least he was amazing. Mr. Ingram is an amazing man of God and it shows not only when he sings but when he speaks. His speaking motivates you physically, spiritually, and emotionally. His words make you want to get up and put his words to action. He makes you want to make changes in what you do and how you think. He makes you want to be more connected to God. He drives you to want more for yourself and your relationship with God. My personal experience with Mr. Ingram was supernatural. He has influenced my thought process immensely. He had motivated me academically, personally, and most importantly spiritually. I highly recommend him!

I think that desmond is a true inspiration for young people. The meaning behind his words is powerful. Not only is this man in touch with god, but he had a great understanding of the everyday struggles. This motivational program this you man has is a great guide on how to keep going even when all of the odds seem stacked against you. I recommend this for everyone to take time out of the busy schedule, and learn from what he has to say.

Desmond is a great motivator but more, he speaks on issues that are relatable to us. It only takes one person to speak about situations that everyone feels but won't say. He is definitely leading the way for a positive tomorrow.

- Identify the need (consultation) by phone off in person - Connect and establish relationship - Handle business (payment arrangement) - Begin the journey together until desired results happen. - Followup and maintain relationship.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Speaking and coaching for me started really back in 2012. when I was a freshman at Fort Valley State University, helping my peers find/identify there purpose. At first it was just something I enjoyed doing until I realized in 2013 after leaving college joining the military and becoming a you pastor, that wow this is who I am and positive results followed.
