- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a friend that owned his own tile company. I quit my job, and started to work for him. I learned 11 years ago through apprenticeship.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do anything related to tile. Floors, custom showers, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, and custom work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at pictures of previous work. Get references. And ask questions. Read a book on how it is done, and check their work as they go.
