We contacted Jeremy late yesterday when the water in our new house turned ice cold. We just bought the house and haven’t had a gas heater before. Jeremy was quick to respond and scheduled the time for the next day. I realized looking at the tank that morning that the pilot had gone out. I let Jeremy know I restarted it and it was working well. He called and gave me step by step follow up instructions to make sure I did it properly and answered my questions I had over the phone. A+ customer service and I’ll be bringing him out for a quote to switch to tankless. Great company!
