- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a general liability for possible minor damage. And we offer 50% off your service estimate fee is you book with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we speak with the client and see what work is wanted. We might ask for pictures or specifications for sizes and product details. This is to ensure our clients will receive as valid of an estimate as we can give. We will then offer you dates and times that are convenient for you to complete your repair. And we are more than willing to assist in shopping for your items you’ll need. While still helping you maintain your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held prior COMPtia Certs for A+ and C++. I also contracted with security companies and tv installation companies throughout the years. For 3 years I worked with Homeland Security. I have a wide knowledge of troubleshooting and understanding schematics in its many forms. I have 26 years of learning and growing in home/business theater installation, home electronics repair, and custom pc builds.
