- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straightforward. We don't mind either estimating a job based on an hourly rate for labor or a total job cost including materials if the customer doesn't want to bothered with supplying them. When we estimate a job, we factor in travel time, experience, knowledge, potential unknown circumstances that may arise and the fact that it will be done properly the first time. We guarantee our work and our ultimate goal is that the customer is 100% satisfied when we leave.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that communication is very important in the process of contracting work. Good communication will help the project to flow smoothly and get done in a timely manner. At first contact, we gather all pertinent information on the project and schedule an appointment. At the appointment, we go over the scope of work, go over design ideas and zero in on exactly what our customers want. During the course of the job, we update customers on the stages and go over progress and any wanted changes/adjustment to the original scope. Upon completion, we deliver the completed project and ensure the customer is satisfied.

We have over 15 years of experience in construction, remodeling and disaster restoration. Including new construction, additions, small remodel projects, decks/porches and full home remodeling
