Outstanding! I paid him a little more because his services were worth more than he quoted. Being new to Raleigh, I had no one to ask for a referral, so I went to Thumbtack. Besides removing numerous viruses, Cristian Deras fixed other problems on my computer and it barely cost me anything. He got my computer back to me in no time, and made it so convenient by coming to my house to pick it up and drop it off, at no extra cost. He carefully explained everything and gave me valuable advice. He knows his stuff! There is nothing he he could have done better. I will definitely call him again for my other computers.

Cristian contacted me immediately after I posted the job. He had several reviews listed, all positive, so I went ahead and "hired" him. He cam to our home that morning and fixed my husband's computer. He took my daughter's computer with him to fix and called the next morning to ask when he could return it as he had also repaired it as well. His rates were extremely reasonable and I have already recommended him to people in my neighborhood. He was excellent!
