I can’t recommend Herb enough. From start to finish, he went completely above and beyond anything I expected. Not only did he handle every repair with real skill and attention to detail, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. He showed up on time, stayed longer than planned to make sure everything was done right, and even fixed a couple of extra issues he noticed along the way without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers the way he does.
