John (KIH Homes) was wonderful for us. He removed our old pedestal bathroom sink and installed a new vanity with sink and new faucet. With both plumbing and carpentry he knew just what he was doing. Efficient, very nice fellow, professional, and great communicator.

John was incredibly helpful. While we weren’t sure if we had an emergency or not, John came by and took a look at our issue on short notice. The initial time he took diagnosing the problem and talking to us about different solutions was 5-star-worthy already.
When he came back and fixed our issues it was fast, thorough, and efficient. I really appreciate how willing he was to listen to our concerns and address each one, it’s all too common for smaller concerns to be dismissed, but he gave us plenty of feedback and didn’t try to upsell us on any other improvements. On top of all that, he was very transparent about costs—going so far as to leave me the receipt for the new parts.
We’ll absolutely be calling on him again the next time we have any plumbing issues. Thank you John!

KIH Homes is now my go-to plumber. John came on time,
quickly fixed my garbage disposal, then left.
When the same problem reared it's ugly head several days later, John not only came back with no charge, but he also taught me how to fix it myself.
I was willing to buy a new disposal from him, but he told me that he didnt feel that was necessary.
Good work, helpful solutions and honesty. That's what I've seen with KIH.
