My experience was great!! I never knew our carpet could look brand new again, otherwise I would've asked Quality Swan to come in months ago. Andy knows what he is doing and will make sure you are satisfied like I am!!

We have a new puppy and training is not going well, plus the carpet is 11 years old. Mr. Andy was very professional and on time as promised. The carpets look AMAZING. The price was extremely fair compared to other quotes in my area. He came and took the time to explain everything to me and was honest about what he could do. He took me through a step by step of what and how he was to erase 11 years + puppy from my floor. Overall I am a very happy customer and will continue to employ his services. Unfortunately I don't have the before/after pictures to post but trust me it was not pretty.

Mr. Andy Perez is a very professional and knowledgeable person. He was punctual at my house and took his time to do his job; he left my beige carpets looking like new and smelling great. He even gave me tips on how to keep my kitchen floor shiny. Great job !!
