- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering up to 25% off of all cleaning services to new customers! Important to remember pricing is primarily based on square footage; therefore a physical walk through will need to be done to accurately give a quote. Also, payment for services must be received BEFORE services are rendered. At this time I do not bill customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer reaches out to inquire about services the next step is to set up an appointment to do a walk through of the service area/location; once this step is completed we can discuss a customized cleaning and sanitizing plan to meet the customers needs; and also when services will be rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work in the Healthcare Industry and have for almost 20 years; I have been trained to adhere to OSHA guidelines; working in direct patient care environments it is imperative everything remains clean and as properly sanitized as possible; these are the techniques I follow within my business.
