Alvarados Construction was quick to pick up the job to schedule appointment to give estimate.
Great communication throughout the process. Job was completed in timeframe given in estimate.
Very professional. Very reasonably priced.
Our deck needed a repair badly. We asked for a patch job, but with Alvarado guidance, we received a whole new deck floor.

Didier has built me a 16x16ft deck and 10x8ft shed, and we love both of them. Didier and his crew are friendly and always on time. Not to mention they do excellent work and never miss a detail. The quality of their work is what separates them from the rest. I will never go to anyone else if I need something built.

No matter what Construction Service you want Alavarado’s construction always gives you their best. They provide reliable construction services with competitive prices. They did a great job for us. Misael es una excelente persona. El me ayudó en la construcción de una casa en Lincolnton y la experiencia fue maravillosa. Es un gran conocedor de su trabajo y además siempre va un paso adelante y siempre tiene sugerencias que ahorran tiempo y dinero.
Además es una persona amable y honrada. Nunca tuve una señal de falta de responsabilidad o de honradez.
