- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to meet in the middle with pricing. I’m here to complete your job, but not drain your wallet. Let’s find a price that makes us both comfortable. I also offer various discounts that apply to most customers (Teacher, medical field, veteran, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to try to give a “rough” quote on the project, upfront. From there, I like to gather some more details and photos, and coordinate a time to come assess the project and start.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a knack for “fixing things” - cleanliness and repair work are two things I’ve always been passionate about.
