- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
a good job takes about 4 days. First and second day are cutting and setting tile. 3rd day is fixing any problems and grouting. Last day is sealing tile with 2 coats
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start on Tuesday and are out by Friday. This is setting, grouting, and sealing tile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years. My son and I have done counters, clay tile, marble, granite.
