- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Firstly, we give you an estimate which is us using our base pricing for services normally offered. The final price may fluctuate due to the cleanliness and condition of the home and how long it took to complete the clean due to the condition. That’s why consultations (virtual or in person) are important. Fees: •We do charge fees for pets. This is a charge of $25. • $25 travel fee for cleans that are over $25 miles away. •We do laundry at $20 a load. • Baseboard cleaning is included in deep cleans, but if you would like to add it on to your standard clean, it is a fee of $30 • Organization for small closets: $50 • Refrigerators are cleaned thoroughly inside only during move out cleans. To add it onto your deep or standard clean it will be a $50 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us, we will ask you basic questions about your home. If needed & if you are local, we can schedule a consultation (for free). We will come to your home. We also love for potential customers to send pictures and videos as well. This helps keep the process smooth and this also helps us know what products we will need and what areas in your home need special attention. After this intake process, we will set a price and send you an estimate. We will then find a date to schedule your clean. Soon enough you’ll have a sparkling home to come home to!

I have always been a clean freak so cleaning is therapeutic to me almost!
