- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer at the job site and get a complete understanding of what they want done, a complete understanding of the day and time to have the job started and completed. Once there is a complete understanding there is my personal guarantee of 100% satisfaction of our work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a U.S. Army veteran where I have been trained to self motivate, to be self confident and to be the best that I can be at whatever and whenever I do something.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been building, repairing, designing things for over 30 years and when a national code or ordinance makes me hire someone to do a job that is horrible workmanship and they hardly show up to complete the job they make it hard to not start doing the work yourself.
