Sent message at 9:am on Thumbtack. Responded in 5 minutes. Said he was finishing a job up in about 15 minutes and could do my faucet replacement (I supplied the faucet) after that. I sent address and confirmed price. Arrived at 10:30 with tools needed. Job was a little more difficult than expected but finished by 11:45. Clean, professional, reasonable price, and excellent communication. I have hot water at my bath sink this weekend so I am very happy.
