- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I'm registered with several newsletters and educational sites. I'm constantly researching for new and exciting ways to improve the quality of service I can provide to the customer. I love what I do and understand that keeping up with my competition is vital to my company staying in business and lasting over the long haul.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to be my own boss and be able to work without anyone hovering over me and watching my every move. I wanted to have more freedom and a more flexible schedule. I like cleaning in the day time, but mostly enjoy cleaning up at night.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly enjoy the commercial side over the residential. When I started out, I mostly did residential and it was ok, but with commercial it's more of a challenge, and I like that. I've done everything from basic cleaning to carpet extraction, power washing, windows, and floor care.
