- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in Professional Cooking and Baking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started learning how to cook when I was 6 yrs old from my grandmother. My brother is also a chef, watching him create these dishes and seeing the reaction from his customers inspired me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I find that we do more buffet style jobs for weddings, birthdays, etc. We also have one client we are a personal chef for, we prepare his dinners 5 days a week.
