Such HIGHLY professional, personable and proficient service provided by Nautilus HVAC.Here's the story: It was Father's Day, and we'd just come back from visiting in-laws. It was sweltering in the house. The thermostat showed a temp that was reaching 90 degrees. Although the AC was on, no air at all came from the vents. After trying some crude troubleshooting of my own, I realized this was far above my pay grade. I began searching reviews and calling HVAC professionals. Jonathan responded promptly and said he'd be over first thing in the morning. He arrived on time, and had such a calm, reassuring, easy going demeanor about him as he inquired more regarding what we'd noticed about the AC Unit. It became readily apparent early on in the process, that what separates Jonathan is not only his extremely high technical proficiency, but it's his thoughtfulness, demonstrated via an emotional intelligence that's extremely rare. It made for a wonderful experience free of hassle, hyperbole, fear mongering, subtle condescension, needless upselling, doublespeak filled with industry jargon and all the other negatives that often accompany these matters. Jonathan is extremely transparent about his processes, unit evaluations and recommendations. He speaks plainly, explaining the problem in a way that's easy to understand. He voluntarily provides options and alternatives to address the issue at hand instead of overbilling and suggesting extra repairs or high-end fixes that are not essential, inflating costs for financial gain. At its core, this was a transactional matter, but it felt more relational. Needless to say, the HVAC unit is fixed and working better than ever for a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Jonathan and Nautilus HVAC. He has won a loyal customer!
