Easy to work with. I had two sets of french doors replaced in my house. We coordinated a time when weather was good for later in the week. They came out as planned and the project went smoothly. They modified some exterior trim around the deck door. These guys know how to turn a perfect product. Would use them again.

This is the second porch rebuild since owning our house, so it was very important to us that the new work be high quality, and that the materials used were among the most long-lasting. Zuniga Construction's work was excellent on both these fronts. In addition to the quality of the work, the porch has an additional flair that very much accentuates the house (and nicely complements our new exterior painting). Although we began searching Thumbtack for only a porch rebuild, because of the quality of Zuniga Construction's work we have used them for several other projects. Finally, the owner, Sergio, is professional and a pleasure to work with.

These guys do really good work! They pay attention to the details and they are very personable. I also really appreciated that they cleaned up after they were finished which most people don't do. Great experience!

We almost always require a site visit in order to accurately estimate cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We submit written estimates for review and approval. If the customer chooses to move forward, we execute a standard contract. With sufficient lead time (usually the start date or one day prior) we collect a deposit and purchase any materials required for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
