Carl is awesome. My computer was running very slow. It would take 5+ minutes to start up and I just sit there waiting and waiting for google to come up(among other things). I took my computer to Carl and he found some viruses on it! he removed the virus and did a tune up and now my computer is running super-fast. Not only will he fix your computer, but he will educate you on things to do when problems occurs. Very professional and well educated. I was very please. Carl is definitely an 5 stars Tech. Lizzie L
