It ended up being a quick fix. The technician identified the problem right away. My issue is with Thumbtack. They advertise a $0 service fee. When I called the company they said there would be a $95 service call fee.

Very responsive to inquiry. Scheduled a visit less than 24 hours from inquiry. Technician was knowledgeable. The only concern was the price seemed to have a markup. For instance, a spring at many retailers averaged $100 for spring. Precision was $300 plus.

Service Tech, Adam, was very professional and proficient. Planned on routine tune-up, but after inspection, Adam identified some significant issues with garagedoors given parts were over 20 years old and top panels already split. Adam explained options and we chose the one he recommended. Completed the upgrades in a very timely fashion. Whole experience was extremely positive and I would definitely do business with Precision Door Service of Greensboro again.

My technician was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with two options to repair, he worked in the cold, damp weather and fixed my garagedoor. He replaced many parts to prevent future issues. It works great and is so so quite!!!! He was great! I highly recommend this company.

Our $65 service fee covers all diagnostics. We'll give you some options for repair or replacement. You'll only be responsible for work you approve.
