Bryan did a great job. He had to special order our garage door and rails due to the placement of the door into the house. He contacted us regularly with updates and promptly completed the project once the garage door came on. We are very happy with the new super quiet door, brighter lights and better insulated door. Highly recommend this company!

Brian was very quick in responding and it was a Sunday of Labor Day weekend. He offered to come that evening if needed but assured me he could come first thing in the morning if it was okay overnight. He arrived on time and was very professional. He fixed my door issue in under 30 minutes that included an issue with the track bowing. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to others.

Worker forgot to come on Monday, ended up coming on the following Friday. After pulling up, he immediately asked where the nearest store was so he could get a drink. (Not sure what kind of drink)
Did okay it seemed until we noticed that our light sensor didn't work even though it did immediately after installation. Called him and he pretty much told us he wouldn't come back out without charging us because he was sure it was not something that he did wrong. We later had someone come out and take a look and sure enough it was a wire lose.
Never will hire again.

I remember this and thought I had left a response after seeing this post. That week because my wife worked at Moses Cone Hospital pediatric unit had brought home Nora Virus and it had went through her my two kids and myself. That's why I couldn't make it Monday. On Friday when I got there I told you I had to go get a drink. Well that was because I had to go to the bathroom. I though I was over what I had been through and it hit me again before getting to your house. One thing I dont ask customers to use there bathroom like that and knowing how contagious that is I definitely want going to ask to use your bathroom. The simplest thing for me to say was I needed to go to the store and get a drink. As for what you said about it working after I left then it was a loose wire. It wasn't loose when I left and it was working so how was I responsible for it coming loose. I dont drink by the way. I have 53 reviews on Home Advisor every single one is 5 stars. All my google reviews are 5 stars. This is the only negative review I have anywhere and I sorry you had such a bad experience. I'm not certain this has been awhile back but I'm thinking the work I done had nothing to do with the wires on the photo eyes. Even If I did and it worked when I left how would the wire come loose unless someone hit the photo eye and it pulled the wire loose. I will normally talk customers through something like that to keep from having to charge them even if I were to come out because I had done prior work for you I wouldn't have charged you enough but to cover my gas. I felt I should explain this situation with the accusations that I was drinking on the job but I'm sorry you had suck a bad experience. I do excellent work and stand behind what I do and I'm willing to do what ever repair you have for only the cost of materials. I've been in business for over 10 years and this being the only negative review I have anywhere I would like the chance to make it up to you. If not I understand and wish you guys the best.
