KC's did my entire kitchen and bathroom. Keith and his staff made the process as painless as possible. I really appreciate the professionalism and hard work. The workmanship was great, budget was cost effective and the work was done In a timely fashion. I love my new kitchen and am considering a deck over winter so it can be ready for Spring and Summer. Definitely will call KC's to do the work...I highly recommend them.

KC's was great to work with. They were responsive to my needs and concerns. Issues came up (like they always do) but they were quick to work on a resolution and never kept me in the dark. The garage looks great, built well and functions just like I need it to.

We have used kc's improvement for several years. They have always come thru with a wonderful job. Mr. Crabtree has even helped us design our kitchen and he designed our deck. We are very satisfied with the jobs they have done for us. i would recommend them to anyone.

Had to call them back out several times to redo sub par work. By the end of the project they were trying to make me feel it was my fault that their contractors were doing such a bad job. Would not work with again and have advice my friends and family to stay away from them also.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a unit price method that incorporates all associated costs for a particular task being performed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with an initial phone consultation to learn more about the clients project and needs. From there, we will provide a budget range for their project based on historical costs if possible. If this range fits within the client's budget, we then schedule an onsite visit to verify actual dimensions and other necessities that allow us to put together a formal proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually take certification courses in various areas of this industry in addition to keeping up with industry related publications and leaders of the industry. We are EPA Certified Renovators complying with the new lead paint laws.
