I’ve only used them once for a deep clean and I cannot tell you how incredibly organized and in shape my house is. They don’t touch what doesn’t need to be touched, but they definitely organize what needs to be organized and I think that is going above and beyond. I cannot promote this company enough. I will be using them in the future again!

I paid for a deep cleaning but did not truly get a deep clean. After doing my final walk through I asked the cleaners to clean a few baseboards that were still dirty, to dust the blinds and ceiling fans and that was not done. My house was not swept with a broom and mopped with a real mop. The cleaner had a vacuum/steamer which wasn’t effective to clean underneath my stove or get the stains from the floor. The second cleaner attempted to mop with some sort of brand swifer jet but it didn’t truly clean my floors. The ladies were nice but I didn’t get what I paid for. I explained this to Shelly the owner. At first she seemed like she cared because she said she wanted to stop by the next day to correct what was missed. The next day came and I never heard from Shelly so I called to see if she still was coming. Shelly then tells me she talked to the cleaners and that the cleaners told her they did clean those things. That was Shelly’s way of saying she wasn’t going to come back and going to take her cleaners word. This rubbed me the wrong way because the day before she sounded so concerned and I offered to send her pictures and she said she trusted me but to turn around and change her word is bad business, I didn’t go back and forth with Shelly, I just decided to cancel all future cleanings. Again, nice ladies but still some improvement will need to make with handling business and the type of cleaning tools/cleaning material they use.
