It was indeed a wonderful experience. I had no idea what I really needed for my construction/renovation projects. He outlined a proposal that included locating my house, boundaries and proposed projects on the drawing. I was shocked to find the very low cost included everything he proposed. He was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend him very highly to anyone needing land survey services. Sheldon.

He is GREAT and very kind. He really works had to help his customers. He is so devoted to his job and helping you, he was working at my home during a severe thunderstorm. That's how hard he works to make is customers happy. I would definitely hire him do any of your surveying. I was very happy with him and his wife who helps him. Again he would be the best one to ask to do your surveying.

This was my first Surveying experience. He showed up slightly early and was able to do the job with little difficulty. He had to come back due to his equipment getting broken on site, but returned on the agreed sate without issue and finished the job...Definitely recommended!

Quick, affordable surveying service. Friendly attitude, too. Would definitely use Felton again in the future and recommend him to others. He was able to survey an easement for me on the same day as requested for 1/3 the cost of another area surveying company which would have taken another 1.5 weeks to even get to my job.
