I am very satisfied with the yard work that was done. I am elderly so I can’t get out in the yard like I used to. The crew was on time they did everything I asked and they didn’t try to overcharge me like previous contractors have. I reached out to have leaf removal services, they did complete the service but put all the leaves in black trash bags instead of paper bags which is required in Charlotte, I reached out to them to make them aware, they said they would come back to pick up the bags and take care of it and never showed, I’ve reached out several times with no response

They were a no show. Several messages saying they were coming including saying they would be here 1st yard on Saturday with an assurance it would be done. No communication and a no show. We were having a family party on Saturday and it was just disappointing.

They came when it was late and dark. I wanted the leaves in my yard blown and bagged up. I live in Charlotte, where you have to use brown paper bags for debris collection. It's been wet and rainy for the last few weeks. He said it was doable and could I send him pictures. I did, and he gave me a quote for my yard. I accepted it. He came that day alone and started blowing. It was late, like 6 pm, so it was too dark to really do much. The next day, his friend/partner came around 3 pm. and started blowing the leaves in the backyard. He came later and started on the front yard, instead of blowing the leaves to the road for them to bag up. They scattered them in my neighbors yard and in the ditch 🙄. I had to leave for an appointment around 7 pm. So I told them I wouldn't pay them that night because I couldn't see what had been done because it was so dark but to let my nephew know when they were done. They did, and he called me and said it was fine from what he could see, and they drove down from Greensboro. He said it looked fine, and I should go ahead and pay them. I did and even tipped them. My nephew said he told them they only agreed to bagging up 60 bag's of leaves, and could they blow the remaining leaves in the ditch. I was good with that until I saw how they organized it or should I say DIDN'T! My neighbor came by the next day and asked why they blew the leaves in his yard. I went and checked. I knew he had just bagged up all his leaves a couple of days prior to them starting the job at my house. I reached out to them and shared Pics 📸 & videos of the area and my issues. They said they would come out and fix. Two days and two no-shows. I am going to hire someone to fix my neighbors yard and bag the leaves correctly 🙃! This is what they considered a job well!
