Marcus was quick to answer my request and service was scheduled for the next day (morning). Marcus quoted me a price online based on pics provided. Later that evening he stated I was 27 min from him so he would need to increase the price. I agreed to the new charge. Next day came and when mid afternoon arrived, with no show or communication, I texted Marcus to ask when he was going to make it over. Marcus stated he was behind (saying he had to mow everyone's yards twice - reason for being behind. Marcus never showed up. I texted him later in the evening to see if he would make it the next day and I still have not heard from him. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for a new customer.
