- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a wide selection of services and packages all services are subject to hair density, length and desired look. All Makeup services depend on desired look, length of time spent and whether the use of airbrush and lashes are wanted (airbrush and lashes are added price)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a consultation to discuss desired look and service, ensure dates are properly scheduled and secured. Set up payment (if there is a deposit etc.) For wedding and events decide on traveling needs and secure times. Follow up with trial runs for hair / makeup for weddings and events. Day of, achieve your look and have a great day!

Years of experience in the salon with constant training throughout the year. Redken and Pravana Certified colorists. Dermalogica certified estheticians. Makeup Artist with over 12 years of experience working for companies and photographers, Bioelements certified, Bodyography certified, Beauty Control certified and 3 Years of freelance experience working for MAC.
