I created my coaching practice because I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re trying to be strong for everyone else while silently fighting your own battles. We often push our needs aside, hoping things will “sort themselves out,” but deep down we know real healing comes when we finally choose ourselves. My mission is to walk with you through that process calmly, compassionately, and with tools that actually work. For the past 20 years, I’ve helped over 150 families/couples across North Carolina navigate some of life’s toughest challenges. I specialize in addiction within the family, personal addiction, binge eating, emotional eating, anorexia, PTSD, recovery support, narcissistic abuse, sexual and childhood sexual abuse, autism guidance, parenting consulting, household management coaching, and relationship/couples coaching. I’ve also spent years working directly with toddlers through young adults, offering behavior coaching, tutoring, and English-as-a-second-language support. My approach is simple: I’ve lived through nearly every one of the issues I specialize in and I’ve overcome them with grace, pride, and a deep commitment to rewiring my own mind. Because of that, I coach and guide from a place of real understanding, not just theory. I believe in practical strategies, positive habits, gentle self-reflection, and retraining the brain to create long-term peace. Stress management, yoga-based calming practices, and nervous system regulation are also key parts of my work!! My clients tell me I’m relatable, honest, grounding, and easy to talk to and also that they feel truly seen for the first time in a long time.
