    Caitlyn's yoga classes are so well planned and she has something for everyone. I like that she asks at the beginning of class if we want to work on a specific body part and incorporates it in her class. I especially enjoy her aerial yoga class but all her classes are wonderful. It's a joy to go there and know that you will not be judged. She pays special attention that you are performing the poses correctly and gently helps you if you're not. All my experiences with Caitlyn have been excellent!

    It is my pleasure to share some of my feelings and experiences about being a student of Mona's through LifeFit. Mona is well balanced and grounded in every way. Her knowledge of the body, how it functions, moves, interacts and is connected on every level is one of her great strengths. This strength is equally matched by her passion and ability to demonstrate for her students the different asanas, and her ability to help each person to begin to recognize and feel within their own body how to embrace the skills and practice of yoga one-step-at-a-time. Mona's watchful, attentive and trained eye is able to identify which skill level each student is at. She introduces appropriate skills and techniques so that each student gradually builds on their own knowledge and skill level for their individual yoga practice. Mona is also a life-long-learner, who is constantly expanding her own knowledge and skills, which she enthusiastically passes on to all her students. Mona is a builder of trusted relationships...both one-on-one with each of her students, and within each class as a whole...she weaves a feeling of connectedness, compassion, and support, whether they are children, youth, adults or seniors...All feel welcomed, embraced and supported in every way!
