I use every resource I have acquired over 8 years in the RE industry to help accomplish client goals. It is my priority to meet ALL the needs of each client. Whether it is to own a home, get the best tenant in their rental home, increase Air BNB rental activity, understand interest and how to pay off your mortgage early or build a portfolio of rentals. I bring unique purchase ideas to the individual home owner due to my work with investors and we keep a close watch over all the homes we manage. Research is my favorite activity and my clients love me for all the extra information I am able to give about the homes and the process options to finance, buy, rent or sell them.

Maryella Rice of CiMaJa Realty has been amazing to work with. She conducted market research to ensure we are priced well in the current market. She has been very prompt with quotes to aid in maintaining my rental home and has been very responsive to my questions and inquiries. Maryella and her team have been treating my home as if it were their own and after less than a week on the market we have a few qualified applicants. Not only was Maryella attentive to ensuring the property is properly prepared for the next tenant she has been very thorough in checking references for all applicants. Maryella was an outstanding agent! She helped us from beginning to end. We got discouraged at one point during the process but she kept pushing us right along the way! When we found our house she was with us through the whole signing process as this was our first home! All in all she was amazing!
