Choosing Victoria L. Davis of Elevation Realty, to assist us with the sale of our home was the ‘Very Best’ decision we could have ever made. Her attention to detail, her professionalism and laser focus work ethic is incomparable. I’m not just saying this, and I would not just say this if it wasn’t true. She ensured the best possible financial outcome for us with the sell of our home. Note-House went on the market March 2021, we closed April 2021 and we never put a ‘For Sale’ sign in our front yard. She is soooo knowledgeable about the market, the do’s & don’t(s), the contracts and the closing. We literally did nothing-She Did It All! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commission is set by my firm, but it is still negotiable. Generally, a buyer’s agent is “free” for buyers, as we get paid from the closing proceeds.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to start with a free, virtual consultation. We will discuss the market and what you can expect as a buyer and/or a seller.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed in NC for 5 years. I am also a NC Real Estate Commission approved real estate instructor, and have been teaching real estate courses since 2020.
