- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commission is set by my firm, but it is still negotiable. Generally, a buyer’s agent is “free” for buyers, as we get paid from the closing proceeds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to start with a free, virtual consultation. We will discuss the market and what you can expect as a buyer and/or a seller.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed in NC for 5 years. I am also a NC Real Estate Commission approved real estate instructor, and have been teaching real estate courses since 2020.
