- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a Seller contacts WR and decides to Market their property using our Flat Fee service one of our agents will perform a market analysis the Seller in determining a list price, send us your property photos or we can photograph the property, once the MLS Listing is prepared we will send it to you for approval, deliver and place a yard sign and combination lock box for showing's by local Buyers Agents. We handle all appointments and contract negotiations, coordinate closing and property inspections.
