- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have separate pricing for 1) REALTORS, FSBO; 2) Interior Designers, Home Stagers; and 30 Property Managers, Builders and Contractors. The reason for this is due to time of use. typically REALTORS and FSBO client only need their images for a brief period; until they sell the home or property. Whereas Interior Designers, Home Stagers as well as Property Managers, Builders and Contractors use their images as part of their portfolio for years. the longer the use, the higher the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what the scope of the project is; size of the home, number of photos needed, do they want drone photographs, what is the timeframe to complete the project, etc. The more information given, the faster the quote will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an FAA licensed sUAS (drone) pilot. I have been photographing since 1983, and started specializing in interior/architecture photography in the 1990s. My mom was an interior designer on Maui, and I would photograph her projects for her portfolio and our website.
