The work performed is of poor quality. There are unpainted surfaces on soffit and shutters. The wood used to replace soffit is of poor quality (knotholes, cracks, beoken/missing wood). The cracks and missing wood from knotholes and other defects weren't filled prior to painting and in some cases not painted at all. I provided the paint. Timeliness of repairs are poor as well ( July 2 - July 21). Most days only one worker showed up for 4 to 5 hours, starting near midday. There were several days that would pass, with good weather, that no one showed up to work. I pointed out defects to Jeremy on July 21, 2023, but he ignored the aforementioned as I paid him on that day as well. See attached photos. I'm out a grand total $3750 for this!

hey Paul I am so sorry that you're not happy with the completion of the job. I have to admit that when we were doing your job it was a transition time for the company to only doing Roofing your job was the last job of anything outside of that scope. I feel like we neglected your job, because we did not have the time or the resources to do such a time consuming project. I'm personally going to give you $1,000 back to go towards finishing your project the way that you would like it to be done.. once again I am sorry for your inconvenience
