Ryan quickly identified the issue causing water to leak into our living room ceiling and facilitated a roof replacement which we have been happy with ever since. I had to file an insurance claim for wind/hail damage. There were several townhomes on my street that were in the same boat and when word got out a huge number of roofing companies descended on me and my neighbors. The majority of them did not feel like a good idea to work with. One even left a potted plant on my doorstep. First thing I think when I want a new roof, how nice of a houseplant are you going to give me? Some of my neighbors worked with those other companies and it was clear they were subbing everything out to complete 'down and dirty' work that was subpar. There were two companies that seemed to have integrity out of five or so who were vying for bids. Pro Cover was one of them. The bidding process was extremely straightforward. I've never filed a homeowners roofing claim before so they assisted greatly with that as well. I really didn't have to do much at all. The work was done quickly and it looks great and they backed into my 100% claim coverage, securing unanticipated overages from my insurer. Now that the job is finished, when I've reached out to request minor tweaks they've quickly handled them. So I highly recommend Pro Cover!

Roofers often get a bad name thanks to so many unscrupulous companies out there. Ryan and ProCover Exteriors are the opposite. He displays a level of integrity that is uncommon in a lot of businesses today which is why he has earned our trust.We have engaged Ryan twice for roof leaks and in each case his assessment was thorough and he focused on how to fix the problem easily and effectively. He doesn't push more work that is necessary or try to upsell us. Ryan's recommendations are truly based on us, the customer, and what works best for us.
