Introduction: We provide a 10 year fully transferable labor & material warranty on all our entire roof replacements(reroofs)/new installs, aside from the manufacturers' warranty. Hand-nailing of all shingle roof jobs, no exceptions(we do not use pneumatic guns due to their many problems). we use only Lead metal pipe flashings. WE CARE! They last a long time!

I have used Highland Roofing twice. Tim was already working on other areas of my home when we discovered a leak with my roof. We knew we needed work on the chimney, so Tim was able to incorporate both jobs in a timely manner. The job was quick and clean. However, the second time I used Highland Roofing was a different matter. On a rainy Sunday early evening I discovered water coming out of a vent in the half bathroom ceiling. I called Tim at 6 pm, he was at our home by 6.15 pm. Tim confirmed the water was coming from the roof (we have a roof with many angles). It was forecasted for a storm on the Monday afternoon. Tim was able to organize his team to be at our home on the Monday morning and complete the work before the storm. I have been happy with Highland Roofings work.

We are new to Pitt County having moved from NY the end of July. We knew when we bought the house that we were going to need a roof. We had 2 estimates and then had Tim come for the 3rd estimate. All were thorough. One was quite low balled. The other was close to Tim's estimate. Money matters especially when you're retired, however quality matters more. We don't want to have to get another roof in our lifetime and so we wanted this done the right way with the right materials with the right installers. Tim got up on our roof after a rain storm and in his sports jacket. He explained what needed to be done and in most cases why he would choose to do it that way. I did my research on line and he didn't miss anything that I was looking for. We have a large house with a complicated roof. 7 men showed up to do the job and they were beyond our expectation. They were professional, polite, and extremely hard working. Tim was on the job a good part of the time and had what appeared to be a great relationship with the guys working for him. We are very pleased with the job and with Tim. I would highly recommend him and his company. He listened to our concerns and worked with us to the end.

He did estimates based on pictures sent to him rather than having to schedule time, then do an estimate, then fixed it. He offered several options and was very responsive.
