- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard moving labor rate is $75 per hour with a 2-hour minimum for a 2-man crew. For larger or heavier moves, we also offer 3-man crews for increased efficiency. If needed, we can coordinate moving trucks as well, with flat-rate fee for most local moves. We aim to keep all pricing straightforward, fair, and transparent with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering the move details, including move size, locations, stairs, elevators, truck needs, and scheduling preferences. From there, we coordinate the crew and logistics, confirm the details ahead of move day, and stay in communication throughout the process to ensure the move runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on moving, furniture handling, loading and unloading, customer service, and coordinating moves efficiently and safely. We focus heavily on proper lifting, protecting furniture, time management, and maintaining professionalism throughout the entire moving process.
