Introduction: I am comfortable in teaching a variety of yoga students.
My teaching style is playful and energetic while at the same time emphasizing mindfulness and healthy physical alignment. I adjust easily to the needs of my students whether they are experienced or brand new to the practice of yoga.
I believe yoga should be both challenging and fun filled. I bring my sense of humor and my positive outlook with me every time I teach or practice yoga.
