Craft Innovations installed this charger for an electric vehicle. I got the vehicle a couple of days later and tested it. It didn’t work nor would charge the vehicle. I texted Craft Innovations multiple times to let them know it doesn’t work. They did not respond and now I’m out several hundred dollars with a job that doesn’t work and they also installed outlet in a horrible fashion (see pic). Would have been happy to give them a good rating if they didn’t ignore me and actually fixed the work they were paid for but they have not.
