Rusty reached out to a post about furniture assembly and it was the only message that wasn’t just copy paste. Since then Rusty has come over an additional time and done more furniture assembly and installed a ceiling fan. We will continue to work with Rusty regularly for various jobs! Highly recommend.

Initial work was good. One thing fell off of the wall within 10 minutes of him leaving. I asked him to come back to mount the art back on the wall again. He set one date to come back and rescheduled that one. Then was a no show for the second rescheduled date. I finally told him that I was moving on from him. He said he had a friend that could help me. That's not professional to keep rescheduling appointments and then offer a friend that could come and fix what broke. Professionals honor their words and their work.
