Initial work was good. One thing fell off of the wall within 10 minutes of him leaving. I asked him to come back to mount the art back on the wall again. He set one date to come back and rescheduled that one. Then was a no show for the second rescheduled date. I finally told him that I was moving on from him. He said he had a friend that could help me. That's not professional to keep rescheduling appointments and then offer a friend that could come and fix what broke. Professionals honor their words and their work.

Craft Innovations installed this charger for an electric vehicle. I got the vehicle a couple of days later and tested it. It didn’t work nor would charge the vehicle. I texted Craft Innovations multiple times to let them know it doesn’t work. They did not respond and now I’m out several hundred dollars with a job that doesn’t work and they also installed outlet in a horrible fashion (see pic).

Would have been happy to give them a good rating if they didn’t ignore me and actually fixed the work they were paid for but they have not.

Details: Upgrade wiring, fixture, or equipment • Outlets • Under 8 feet (low ceiling) • House
