Contractor arrived an hour late. He told me he be there at 11:00. I sent him a text at 11:42. He said he was pulling in my driveway. He didn’t arrive until 20 minutes after saying he was pulling in my driveway.
He started burning off the weeds with a torch. I asked him if he was going to power wash the driveway. He said the sealer would kill the weeds. I asked if he was going to give me a warranty. He said, I would receive a 3 year warranty.
After burning the grass, he blew off some of the dirt with a leaf blower and shoveled some of the dirt and grass. He put the sealant on top of the burnt dirt and weeds. He told me he couldn’t fill the cracks. The contract was to fill the cracks. He said, I needed a hot mix. I told him I give him $400 since he was there for 2 hours. Then he started trying to scam me for more money.
He never looked at my driveway prior to arriving and he should have said he couldn’t do the job. He didn’t have a lighter to light the torch. He didn’t have a shovel. Poor service. Totally inexperienced. He just wa

first off, we never tried to scam you out of money if anyone got scammed out of money it was us! YOU called us out and wouldn't let us finish! we came there and done what you ask me to do. You got a price for a sealcoat you did not call me out to repave your driveway! we tried all we could to satisfy you!!!!!!! all i can do is what you asked for, I TOLD YOU SEVERAL TIMES YOU NEEDED ASPHALT!
