- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Kimbo’s Lawn Care LLC, we work hard to keep our pricing fair, honest, and budget-friendly. We understand that every yard and property is different, so pricing depends on the property's size, the type of service needed, and how often the service is requested. We offer one-time services, recurring lawn care, seasonal cleanups, and bundled services when available. Our goal is to provide quality work at a price that makes sense for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning exactly what the customer needs. We ask questions about the property, the service requested, and any specific concerns the customer may have. If needed, we may request photos or schedule a time to view the property before giving a final quote. Once the price and service details are agreed upon, we schedule the job and complete the work professionally and in a timely manner. We prioritize clear communication, dependable service, and customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kimbo’s Lawn Care LLC has hands-on experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, gutter cleaning, trimming, cleanup services, and general outdoor property care. Our experience comes from working directly with residential and commercial properties and understanding what it takes to keep outdoor spaces clean, neat, and well-maintained. We take pride in using proper equipment, paying attention to detail, and completing each job with care.
