- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on $25.00 an hour. We offer discounts for customers requiring multiple tasks and for customers who are long term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is always an initial interview to determine the customer's exact needs and to allow them to question us. The client's comfort with us is very important. If we can't make you feel 100% comfortable, we understand you moving on. Once their needs are determined and they have decided to hire us, we supply them with a list of the information we will need to assist them. If a client prefers, the initial interview may be done on the phone. We also accept emailed documents and requested information. Our goal is to make you comfortable with our process and our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in business finance, business management, accounting, and computers. In addition, I keep up with changing regulations and laws through self-study and classes.
