- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually attach any pricing to the customers budget as per what they can afford and rather or not we can perform a service for a discussed price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A simple meet & greet, this usually breaks the ice whereas you can get a feel for the client and they can get a feel for us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate in the Top 10 of my Culinary class. Over 35 years experience in restaurants, Home care, daycare, etc. Along with over 17 years experience in catering and In-Home Chef Food preparation.
