- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That my pricing is tailored around your liking and your needs for your event. Wedding prices are different being that I give bridal discounts to customers. Birthday parties you don't need much to set up so birthday party prices are really cheap and fare Financially economical for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very 1 on 1 very engaging with the customer I believe in meet and greet, No Skype, No face time. "Only if the customer prefers that". I feel that the person should feel constable with you and you feel comfortable with that person. I schedule meetings face-to-face meetings with all my clients so you know what you're getting in who you're getting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in graphic design and advertising so I can make my own business cards, flyers, and brochures and if need be I can design my own website this goes hand-in-hand with my mobile DJ business.
