- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
arriving on the site and introducing myself to the customer. then I like to look at the situation and the work needed done. come up with a plan and discuss with the client. then if all terms are agreed upon, the work can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+years of military service. certified welder from Forsyth tech. self taught in plumbing and appliance repair.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
hated the 9-5. wanted to go into business for myself.
