Dave with ANEA Dumpster & Demolition absolutely crushed it for me. I had an old shed in the backyard that was falling apart, full of junk, and a complete eyesore. I called around to a few companies, but Dave was the only one who got back to me fast and came out the very next day to give a free estimate. His pricing was fair and straightforward, and he was upfront about what to expect.
He showed up exactly when he said he would, pulling a heavy-duty dump trailer and ready to get to work. In just a few hours, the entire shed was torn down, all the debris was loaded up, and the whole area was cleaned spotless. He even raked out the leftover mess and made sure there were no nails or scraps left behind that could’ve hurt someone or popped a tire. I was expecting a rough, halfway-done cleanup like I’ve had from other guys in the past, but Dave took pride in the job and treated it like it was his own property.
What I appreciated most was his professionalism. He stayed in touch before and after the job, showed real respect for my time and property, and didn't cut corners. No attitude, no excuses, no mess left behind. Just honest hard work from someone who clearly knows what he’s doing.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this one was well deserved. If you need demolition, cleanout, or hauling services done right, Dave is your guy. I wouldn’t even bother calling anyone else at this point. Five stars, easy. I’ll definitely be using him again.
